Hello Love,

A woman with short, curly brown hair wearing a sleeveless teal dress with a woven belt, large geometric earrings, and a pendant necklace, standing outdoors near green foliage and flowers, smiling and looking to the side.

I’m Aleen (Al-een).

You’re here and I am grateful.

I’m a leadership advisor and licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of power, behavior, and nervous system capacity.

I work with high-capacity women: leaders, mothers, executives, decision-makers. The ones everyone relies on.

My work lives where authority meets physiology.
Where clarity meets regulation.
Where truth replaces self-abandonment.

I help women lead without shrinking: inside organizations, families, and complex systems.

My Healing Didn’t Come Wrapped in Light.

I spent decades “healing.” Doing it right. Fixing what seemed broken.

Much of it was self-inflicted striving aka internalized patriarchy dressed up as spirituality.

I gave away the teachings I’d studied for 15 years and walked straight into a dark night of the soul. I woke up to childhood trauma I thought was normal. I realized the low-grade misery I once romanticized was untreated depression.

I survived.

I chose medication. I chose truth. I chose to come home to myself.

The unraveling was the gift.

What I Know Now

Healing isn’t performance.
Sacredness isn’t perfection.
And leadership should not require self-erasure.

Over time, I began to see a pattern.

Brilliant, capable women carrying entire systems.
Softening their clarity to preserve harmony.
Absorbing what isn’t theirs so things don’t fall apart.
Anticipating tension before it’s spoken.

From the outside: competent.
On the inside: exhausted.

This isn’t a resilience problem.
It’s conditioning.
It’s nervous system overload.
It’s power dynamics that reward overfunctioning and penalize directness.

This is where I work.

THE WORK I OFFER

I support women and girls to:

  • Reclaim their voice and their body

  • Interrupt patterns that stall progress

  • Hold discomfort without collapsing or overcompensating

  • Lead with precision instead of performance

  • Return to their own pace, power, and presence.

Sometimes that looks like trauma-informed therapy.

Sometimes it looks like strategic leadership advisory.

Sometimes it looks like sitting in the space between what’s socially acceptable and what’s actually true.

Whether through 1:1 work, mentorship, or organizational consulting, my work is about being with what’s real, so you can live and lead from the center of yourself.

WHERE I COME FROM

My authority is rooted in both lived experience and formal training.

Clinical training and two decades of therapeutic experience.
Spiritual initiations that stripped away everything false.
Mothering two children while remothering myself.
Listening to my ancestors, the land, and my body.
Advising leaders and speaking inside academic and organizational spaces.

I’m a bridge between grounded therapy and embodied leadership.

Between the seen and unseen.
Between the practical and the poetic.

My work integrates clinical depth, systemic awareness, and nervous system science with lived transformation.

  • Not everyone needs this work.

But if you are competent, capable, and quietly exhausted from carrying more than your role requires… this might be for you.

You don’t need more productivity tools. You don’t need to become louder. You don’t need to transcend your humanity.

    You may need:

    • A place where you don’t have to soften your clarity
    • Strategic reflection without performance coaching clichés
    • Nervous system support that matches the weight you carry
    • Someone who understands power dynamics, not just emotions
    • Depth work that strengthens your authority rather than diluting it

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about increasing your capacity to lead without self-abandonment.

  • Both.

I work virtually with clients nationally and meet in person in the Bay Area when appropriate.

Leadership advisory sessions are typically virtual.
Therapy sessions follow state licensing guidelines.

The work translates well across distance because what we’re strengthening is internal capacity, not proximity.

  • My work reflects the depth, experience, and strategic nature of what I offer.

1:1 advisory and therapy sessions are offered at a premium rate.

Organizational speaking and consulting engagements are quoted based on scope.

If we work together, you are investing in sustained clarity, regulated authority, and real capacity, not surface motivation.

Details are shared during our initial conversation.

  • For therapy services, I am an out-of-network provider.

Many clients use out-of-network reimbursement depending on their plan.

Leadership advisory and consulting services are not insurance-based.

If you have questions about how this works, I’m happy to walk you through it.

A Final Word

I’m not here to sell a perfect life.

I’m here to remind you:
You’re not too much.
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.

You are likely carrying more than you were ever meant to carry alone.

And you don’t have to keep doing it that way.
