We focus on how you want to feel and your goals. From there it is an emergent process in discovering both what gets in the way and what supports you. Therapy sessions may include: talking, guided meditations, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and working with your body.

What’s “soulful liberation”?

"Soulful" is like that feeling when everything inside you just clicks and feels real and true. It's about being yourself in a deep and authentic way, expressing what's in your heart, and feeling a strong connection to who you are.

"Liberation" is like breaking free from anything that holds you back, letting go of stuff that weighs you down. It's not just about personal freedom; it's also about creating a world where everyone can be themselves and live well, a shared kind of freedom we call "collective liberation."

What do you mean by spiritual?

I define spirituality as the truth that everything is connected.

The dictionary defines Spiritual as the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things (Oxford Languages).

Spirituality connotes an experience of connection to something larger than you; living everyday life in a reverent and sacred manner (Chopra).

So that’s what we do together, tailor a deeper connection to spirit - whatever that means to you - with practical application to your life.

What is a spiritual mentorship session like?

We create an intentional space to experience deeper connection with the more-ness of life and yourself. This may include: connecting with nature, ritual, specific practices, how to directly and practically apply in your life.
