I am multi-faceted - always have been and always will be.

I've trained and practiced as a mental health clinician for decades while simultaneously training in mystery schools dedicated to our connection with the Earth and each other, and now the returning of the sacred feminine.

My North Star is bridging the personal with the collective. Finding how our unique solitary threads interplay with the larger global context. Everything is a mirror - reflecting what we're learning as a global community. I find it fulfilling and supportive to offer clients a micro to macro lens in every part of the work we do.

I don't know the shape, yet. I do know it will include my holistic skill set - and we will gather seasonally, both in person and virtually, women who are ready to meet themselves.

Anointing

The Sacred Art of Anointing is a hands-on healing modality, using healing touch and essential oils. I train with Diana DuBrow, in a practice with roots in Sumer, Babylon, and Canaan, where anointing was medicine, ceremony, and rite of passage.

I am in the process of becoming a certified scent priestess, with 4 practices remaining before I'm certified.

Anointing is the most effective healing I've ever experienced.

This is where time slows. Custom-blended oils, tuning forks and sound, adjusting each moment to your breath and your nervous system. Consent is continuous.

Rites of Passage, For Teen Girls

Something I've dreamt of for a long time. I don't know the specifics or how it will shape itself. What I do know: girls witnessing each other, building relationships outside patriarchal conditioning, and ritual as a way of remembering something deeper than conversation reaches.

This is one of the many missing pieces of our society that girls and young women often outsource in riskier ways.

If this is something you're interested in, please reach out.

Retreats + Women’s Circles

For resourced women: able to invest, and/or carrying real capacity they've given away faster than it's replenished. There's something a circle of women offers that one-to-one work can't: true witnessing, waking up to how systemic our challenges really are.

Isolation is a primary modality of the patriarchy.

The seasonal containers and ceremonial work provide the space and lineage that got systematically erased. The retreat is the time to refill, in reciprocity: receiving and giving as one infinite loop of breath.

And the ongoing support you return with helps it land, so your life becomes a living ceremony.

I am committed to offering this work. Wherever it's requested, I'll go there too.
