A Reflection on Genocide, Earth, Peace, and Freedom
In this present moment, I find myself struggling for words when it comes to the avoidable tragedies happening in the Middle East, especially in Gaza. I am deeply moved by the words of Jimmy Carter: "we will not live together in peace by killing each other’s children." These words reverberate through my being, reminding me of the heavy burden we carry, the tears we shed, and the earth we touch.
Embracing the Sacred: Cultivating a Deeper Connection with Earth
Imagine feeling deeply connected, not just to the world around you, but to something vast, something cosmic. That's the beauty of embracing our Earth. We become part of a magnificent tapestry, one that extends far beyond our individual lives.
Embracing Earth's Wisdom: How to Find Clarity and Calm in Nature

Living that ordinary life…
Most of our life is simply ordinary. The things we do when we get up in the morning, eating food, working, spending time doing the same things. Right? Life is made up of so many little things. And we’ve been wired (programmed and socialized) to want big things. And somehow even when we have the big things, we regularly don’t celebrate them or get caught up in the not enough-ness.
Spiritua-what?
My life is full of poopy diapers, snotty noses, full blown tantrums, school projects, dog walks, to do lists, moving, you name it. Overwhelm & Your Mental Health
We exist in a culture where getting s*** done is a primary value. And overwhelm is a common result. Trying to keep up, comparing yourself to others, so much to do, so little time, and hustle.
Depression as a Spiritual Awakening
honestly, where do I even begin? The last few years - a knock you out kind of doozy. You know? Bottom line. Humbled.
I went dark, I went deep, I got super real with myself and the people in my life. Then squeezed myself through a very uncomfortable birth canal, so I could come back to LIFE! Worth it. So so worth it. My life has transformed.
What do you want?
I am in the midst of a beautiful opening in my psyche on the concept of WANT. And my inkling is that it probably resonates with other folks (especially since we live in a society that demonizes pleasure).
Hello Sacred Feminine
This week I was invited to teach about the Sacred Feminine in 5 minutes. Right now, she is teaching me about her ability to embrace all of it: all the pain, all the grief, all the beauty, all the experience and simply be with it.
Our Delicate Emergence…
As the blossoms turn to leaves, the flowers emerge from the Earth, and us humans get our first "spring" in over a year, I have big questions about this new life we are living into.
Coming Apart Together
Life is a lot. Humaning - even more. Liberation is a very tall order. And we need each other in so many ways. Let’s connect. See about how we may work together to open up whatever’s next.
